LN finishing 42nd out of some 380 for the 10 km track.
GCC LN's official statement to the CNN reporter interviewing him after the race:
"Well, I could have done much better if it were not for the strong headwinds especially hitting me. In addition, the layout of the course with its many hills hampered the specific running style I had prepared for the event. Also, the burning sun put me in a rather disadvantageous situation because I did not wear a cap. Taking all these unfair conditions together I could have done much better with at least 5 seconds, and thus easily passing Bruce who was the one who finished before me."
