INV112 From Alchemy to Engineering, Innovation Itself is Fundamentally Changing!
Carl Kraenzel / 24.01.2007 14:30:00

Programming once was viewed as art or alchemy. Then over time repeatable processes turned it into engineering. The same evolution has begun for innovation, and collaboration mechanisms are at the heart of it. This session will discuss the factors driving that evolution, reflected in priorities & actions of industry CEOs/CIOs, as well as offerings in the marketplace. As further indication of the evolution, this session will examine a "recipe" instance of a repeatable process for innovator. Finally we'll focus on the pivotal role of collaboration in this evolution, discussing a segmentation model for targeting optimized collaboration solutions to directly advance a company's innovation priorities. Whether you need to innovate internally, or with your customers, or are helping customers on their innovation goals, this session will give you some fresh tools for success.
