Abstract
In today's complex markets, the winners successfully execute transformations, and the losers don't. It's that simple. Operations that don't evolve are leapfrogged by competitors. Plans that can't adjust are dashed by contingencies. Everything must transform, but transformations must be purposeful and disciplined. Collaboration is the key to herding the creative cats that drive business transformations and create business value. But unless the collaborative tools are organized to sustain business purposes and transformation disciplines, they can create more problems than they solve. In this presentation, we'll provide the highlights of exclusive research performed by Appergy - a knowledge services company that utilizes Lotus Quickplace as a collaborative delivery vehicle - to develop a framework for determining business value of collaboration and driving collaborative infrastructure projects.**
