GCC's Paderborn Director studied 24 hours a day when he was a student. Especially, he studied rowing. He had been engaed in this habbit before he was forced to change to running. The change was due to the lack of rivers and lakes in Paderborn. There is enough water in Paderborn though. But the Paderborn variety is pouring down from clouds above rather than being contained in decent rivers or lakes prepared for rowing.
